Creative Impact

Creative Impact
by Rachel L. Scott(Art Warrior)

Throughout history, mankind has used art for communication and other creative ways to live and survive up to today. Now, art is seen as less important and no longer taken seriously; as a result, it became unappreciated over time. however, if art is less important, then why is it used for a variety of reasons more than things like recreation? Because art is an effective tool that can help individuals productively exercise their thought process; as a result, this also gives people a chance to find out more and more about themselves in order to understand how to become better people. Also, art helps individuals improve in more technical subjects such as math and technology. Art can change peoples lives, regardless of whether they're good at it or not.
Art can help get those creative juices going and sort out old thoughts. Don't believe that? I do. I've used art in my free time to alleviate stress and calm my mind in order to gain more focus on my daily tasks in order to eliminate any distractions that may hold me back. as a result, I go into the day refreshed and ready to work. Being able to think outside the box or use creative think can possibly be the most effective tool you could use throughout your day once your mind is clear of old stress and thoughts.
Even though this method has been proven, art is seen as a recreational activity and is losing position as a subject. Despite this, art is used around the world in culture, businesses, schools, etc. As a result, people are learning more and more different lessons that can productively help them in life. Art can also be used in the medical field for different types of diagnosis such as depression, mental illnesses, and even help solve family issues. In other words, art is just as important as the other technical subjects, as well as medicine.
Based on the many therapeutic centers opened around the world, art can also be applied to therapy or used as a therapeutic instrument to help individuals better understand themselves. For example, children have visited therapeutic doctors in order to help their parents or guardians see what they're thinking or feeling. As a result, children reveal emotions that even they didn't know. Opening up and helping each other when needed with emotions and thoughts that we don't even know we have is an effective opportunity to help each other become better people.
Now when it comes to intellect, we need three simple attributes that help with the process to success - organization, focus, and peace of mind. That's when art comes into play; art can improve one's intellect by relieving stress and aligning focus in order to work. For instance, students are freaking out about the SAT or ACT due to nerves or past test taking. Art can fix this dilemma by improving their performance and sorting their thoughts for a clear or even sorted mind to successfully get through almost any challenge.
Art is an activity that may seem unimportant now because of how it watered down to be used for, but it is a creative and effective tool that is used for constructive aspects of our day that helps us get through a variety of challenges. And the best part is there are different kinds of art for different types of people to utilize based on their personality, expressions, talents, etc. Art is not just an expressional activity - it can also be a lifestyle.
